Through a series of fortunate events we find ourselves the guardians of a new family member. Introducing “Sunny”, a 10 week old Golden Retriever pup with a big heart (& giant paws).
It’s been over 2 years since we lost Kona to cancer, and the house was starting to feel too empty, so when Sunny popped into our lives rather suddenly, it was the perfect match. He is a very affectionate, smart little guy with razor sharp puppy teeth. Fortunately for us he has what they call a “soft mouth” so our hands will be spared the usual nicks and cuts.
Sunny is still deciding whether he would like to speak here or not, but we’ll let him tell you a little about himself…
“Hi, I’m Sunny! I love racing through tunnels, playing with soft toys, jumping (I pretend I’m a fox and pounce on everything) and snuggling! I wake up ready to go!!! I get something called puppy brain and zoom through my miniature obstacle course. My family are really sporty and I am following in their footsteps.”
We’re looking forward to many adventures with Sunny and hope sends some smiles around the world.
The day Sunny came home, we saw this amazing sunset, so we knew it was a special day!
