Today was my day to visit the hospital for pet therapy again. My job is to make all the humans at the hospital smile because if you are at a hospital you probably could use a smile or two. So I got up early and practiced making some faces to make humans smile. First I tried just my own silly smile…
then I practiced my crazy talk, it goes “Aaahhrooooo, mmmmmppphhh, aaarroooo”…
next I pretended I was a shark, coming up from the deep water…
then I thought I would do an over bite….
and finally I thought I’d try the ol’ bandana on the head trick…
And you know what? They all worked just great! I got lots of smiles from everyone when I did my silly faces at the hospital. I got lots of pets and even a kiss on the nose from a toddler. It was a very good day!
