This morning I awoke to an earthquake… no wait, it was just the paver and the steamroller paving our street. It was shaking the whole house so I got up to check it out. Fortunately I have a bed handy right beside the front window so I could check out the action in comfort.
I kept waiting and waiting to see what was making all that racket.
It took awhile but here came the culprit…a steamroller that also bounced on the pavement to pack it down. I wonder if that human is all shaky when he gets off that thing, BOL!
It moved sooo slow and woke me up too early so I just fell asleep despite all the noise and shaking. When I woke up our street was beautifully smooth and brand new. This is GReat news because now I can go back to my regular walks!
