After a nice and relaxing weekend of camping, this litle trouble maker showed up on our doorstep. Ciara is a tornado 3 month old puppy with razor sharp teeth, which she snaps at anything within her vicinity. Recued from a Los Angeles shelter, she is underweight and suffering from an eye infection, hence the tear stains and puffy eyes. We’re going to try and teach this young lady some manners and fatten her up for her trip up to Homeward Bound, where we’re sure she’ll be adopted promptly. Kona is tolerating puppy shenaigans with the grace only old gold can. More photos to come…

Thanks Sam, she is cute but trouble with a capital T:) We didn’t see the vet report but it is an infection of the eyelid. It seems to be getting better with meds so she’ll look normal soon.

What a sweet sweet face! If I didn’t have 2 already I would take her in a heartbeat! Oh let’s face it, I would take all the rescues, much to my hubbies dismay! If I only had a farm!!!!! She will be snatched up in a heartbeat! She found a perfect stop over though!

despite the eye infection, she’s got such a sweet loving face! i mean, look at those lovely eye lashes. we hope the infection clears up rrrrreal soon!
