We’re happy to report that Sky is officially adopted! He will live with his new family in Los Angeles and is starting off his new life with a new name to go with it, Murphy. His family had a sneak preview this weekend and fell in love as soon as they met him and the deal was sealed.
Jake will miss Murphy / Sky, who welcomed him into our home and showed him the ropes of foster life.
We had a lot of fun hanging out with him too. He made us smile and we gave him all the love he could stand. We know Murphy / Sky is going to have a great life ahead of him, the one he deserves. There are many rewards to fostering and days like these are one of them.
I love Murphy/Sky’s beautiful face…what a smile! He is so pretty! I am so happy that he got his forever family!

Sky Murphy looks so happy and he is very handsome. Jake is so thoughtful to help him feel at home with the three of you. Sending warm and squishy thoughts and hugs to you … all the way from the east coast.
So happy for Sky/Murphy. He is so handsome, as I think all Goldens are. But, he is especially a beautiful boy. I know he missed Candy when she was adopted and now jake is going to have to learn how to live without him. He will probably “foster” the next Golden and keep the cycle going with your help. Such good news for these babies.
